Parents and incoming Kindergarteners are welcome to this fun filled and informational night. We will be taking late registrations as well.
If you have not yet registered your child please bring the following:
Child's Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency:
*Lease, mortgage papers or property tax info (bring one)
AND
*Driver's license, Utility Bill, Illinois Medical Card, Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement,
Voter's Registration card, or Illinois State ID (Bring 2)
